Dial S 3 was published in 1990. It was so large (over 440 pages) that it was broken into three volumes due to binding challenges. Fans could purchase each volume separately for $10, or buy a combined 3-volume set for $22.

The editor notes in the flyer, and in the editorial for Something Unfriendly #2 that she was working on collating and binding the last two volumes, that they would be sent as soon as she finished them, and that these were definitely the very last zines she was ever producing. "I need a rest!"
