Violet/Klaus, also known as Baudecest or Baudelairecest, is the het and incestuous pairing of protagonists Violet Baudelaire and Klaus Baudelaire in A Series of Unfortunate Events fandom.
Canon
After the death of their parents in the first book, they become de facto parents of their baby sister, Sunny Baudelaire.
Throughout the book series, Violet and Klaus mostly only have each other. Other friends they make either die or they have to split up again.
Klaus's crushes are: Isadora (who looks like Violet) and Fiona (who is like Violet in personality). The similarities between them and Violet are not just something fans noticed, but something that Klaus himself explicitly points out in canon.
Canon ends with the pair of them moored on an uninhabited island for a year, raising both Sunny and Kit Snicket's daughter Beatrice (Accidental Baby Acquisition) as their de facto adopted daughters.
This was quite possibly the canonest of non-canon sibling ship endings that I have ever seen.

Me as a 25 year-old woman who has watched The Borgias and Game of Thrones: Violet and Klaus have been through so much together. Yes, they also had Sunny. But if we're being honest, Violet and Klaus had to solve all of the problems themselves. They were a team. They knew each other and loved each other more intimately than any lover could. No one will ever love or understand Violet and Klaus as well as the other. Dare I ship it? Of course I do!
