Unfit for Society is a well-known multi-fandom recommendations site founded in 2001. The reccers are Dot, Jen, Meg, Pete Meilinger and Victoria P. The site also hosts their fan fiction, links to writing resources and interviews with writers.

History
The site was founded in around April 2001 with recs mainly from the Buffyverse, West Wing and X-Men. The site later expanded to include literary fandoms with the addition of Harry Potter in 2003. The recs on the website were last updated in February 2004. Victoria P continues to recommend across a wide range of fandoms in the livejournal of the same name or at the dreamwidth version of the same name.
