Spencer Smith (born 1987) is one of the founding members and drummer of core bandom band Panic! at the Disco. He and Ryan Ross were childhood best friends and neighbours. The relationship took a hit in the Panic split, known as The Divorce, which saw Ryan and bassist Jon Walker leave to form their own band, while Spencer stayed on with Brendon as Panic! at the Disco.

In summer 2013 it was announced that Spencer was on hiatus from the band as he recovered from addiction. In early April 2015, he announced his departure from Panic! at the Disco; see A Message From Spencer.
