Shaenie writes fanfiction, both stand-alone stories and multi-chapter series, which tend to run to tens of thousands of words. The relationships in her work, usually slash, tend to include threesomes, BDSM, and angst.
In the mid-2000s, Shaenie organized several shared 'verses, tigging (collaborative writing) as celebrity RPGs, including LOTR porn and the West-verse.
