Pennyplainknits is a multifannish podficcer, fanfic writer and fancrafter, who started posting fanworks in 2008.
History & Fan Activities
Penny was a prolific member of the early podfic community -- her first creator credit on AO3 dates back to 2008 -- creating many multivoice and solo podfics, and writing well-known meta pieces. She was also an early volunteer at the Audiofic Archive.
In 2012, she created imadeathing[1], a challenge designed to bring awareness of fannish craft such as food or textile craft.
She was a co-creator of playoffbaking[2] in 2016 with fleurrochard: a Hockey RPF baking-focused challenge.
In 2022, she started posting her first fanvids.
