Patty Blum/Stanley Uris is the ship between Patty Blum and Stanley Uris, two characters from the horror novel IT by Stephen King. They appear in all adaptations of the novel.
Canon
Patty Blum and Stanley Uris are a married couple, formally introduced in Chapter 3 of Stephen King's novel. In this chapter, it is revealed that Patty Blum met Stanley Uris at a sorority party. They were introduced to each other by a mutual friend. They are both Jewish. "Blum" rhymes with "plum", and is Patty Blum's maiden name. Her married name is Uris.
Patty Blum is aware of her husband's childhood friendship with Bill Denbrough, a writer of horror novels which make her deeply frightened and upset. Despite his wife's feelings about the books, Stanley Uris has read almost all of Bill Denbrough's novels.
