Pat O'Neill was a fan artist in the late 1970s and 1980s. His art appeared in many zines and featured a variety of fandoms, most notably Star Trek: TOS and Star Wars. Zines that featured his art include:

Additionally, Pat wrote a series of Chris Sheridan works, entitled "H Is for Heroin and Hazardman!", "H Is for Hostage...and Hazardman", and "H Is for Hazardman Not Hellion" and published in Time Warp, issues 2, 4, and 6/7 Volume 1 respectively (1978-1984). He also co-wrote "With a Song In Their Hearts", a story or poem featured in the Star Trek: TOS zine Rim of Starlight (1980), with Nan Fisher.
