Kel/Sunny, also known as Suntan, is the OMORI slash pairing involving Kel and Sunny.
Canon
Sunny and Kel are next-door neighbours and childhood friends. As children, both of them were in the same friendship group, along with their older siblings, Hero and Mari, as well as Aubery and Basil. Their friendship group fell apart after Mari's death, and Sunny isolated himself, not leaving his house for four years. During the events of the game, Kel discovered that Sunny was moving and attempted to get Sunny to leave his house and spend some time with him before leaving.
If the player chooses to open the door, Kel becomes what finally encouraged Sunny to leave his house and reconnect with his friends and face the truth he'd been denying.
Fandom
Kel/Sunny became extremely popular among, especially queer, OMORI fans, partially due to them fitting the trope of childhood friends to lovers. While many choose to explore their relationship as platonic, there are plenty of fanworks delving into their relationship as romantic.
The ship name Suntan is due to Sunny's obvious connection to the sun, and Kel's signature color, orange.
