In Defense of Fandom is a fandom podcast focused on the Supernatural fandom, hosted by Sadie Witkowski. On each episode of the podcast, Sadie focuses on a particular part of fandom — for example, fanfiction or fan art — and interviews Supernatural fans about what the fandom and show means to them, and how fandom has been a positive thing in their life.
On 12 October 2023, the official description read:
In Defense of Fandom explores the creative output of the SPN Family, as Supernatural fans call themselves, and illuminates the ways that fandom can be an incredibly positive influence in our lives.
