Auburn was a fan writer active for over fifteen years.

She discovered fandom when she accidentally stumbled upon X-Men and due South slash. She wrote her first stories in Alias fandom in 2003, then went back to due South, and fell into Stargate Atlantis fandom in 2005, where she was active until 2011.

For SGA she wrote mostly McShep. She became well known for her long and frequently heart-breaking stories and detailed AUs.

She died in 2020.
