The Tsytsean Chronicles is a Star Trek:TOS series of zines by Barbara J. Peters.

As of very early 1977, there were 60 stories totaling over 1600 pages. By 1980, there were certainly many more.

The first ones were canon compliant and het and gen. Other later stories included explicit Kirk/Spock content.

The focus was the episode "Enterprise Incident" and the character of The Romulan Commander, who the author named "Tsytsea." Many (all?) of the stories were based in the Mirror Universe from the show which the author called "AMX" (Alternate Universe X) and "MM," and are a fusion with universes portrayed in the episode "The Enterprise Incident" and other episodes.

The stories are very violent and contain a lot of rape, forced breeding, and other brutal actions.

Some characters that appear are Kirk, Spock, Chekov, Charlie (from "Charlie X"), Stonn, T'Pring, The Romulan Commander, a Gorn, Ruk (the android from "What Are Little Girls Made Of"), as well as many other canon and original characters.

You had to be over 16 years old to order it.

The Tsytsean Chronicles' is a Star Trek personalzine written by a fan who was reluctant to let the Enterprise fly away with her favorite alternate lifestyle. The Tsytsean Chronicles contain all new adventures, and some old ones from new and different perspectives. The stories are written following the ST Writer's Guide and attempt to portray themselves in the manner to which the television screen accustomed us.

'The Tsytsean Chronicles' originally was to be divided into four different zines... 'Tsytsea' stories stem from the episode 'The Enterprise Incident' and David Gerrold's comments in TWOST. 'Stage Craft' stories deal with the actors, crew, sets, and fans of the show. 'General Chronicles' is a GP collection of stories from all of the other zines. There are now over 60 stories totaling over 1600 pages. The stories are collected together and published approximately every two months. Issue #1 is out, issue #2 should be out by April 30, and issue #3 by May or June.

'The Tsytsean Chronicles' is available for $3.50. Copies are xeroxed and individual copies all will contain 65+ pages... A main purpose of 'The Tsytsean Chronicles' is to obtain objective criticism, so, once you have ordered a copy of the zine, if you wish to order any later editions, you must also submit a letter of comment with your order.
