Already exists at Sad Puppies. Merge and prefer this title?--aethel (talk) 19:45, 2 May 2015 (UTC)

Merge complete. Turned out not to be too difficult.--aethel (talk) 20:32, 2 May 2015 (UTC)
Thanks. I didn't know SP had a page when I started (it didn't a few days ago when I looked), realized it was there when I was poking at edits, but thought that the imbroglio should go under "puppygate," with SP as participants rather than the whole drama going under their label. (And we probably should have a Rabid Puppies page, but that's its own kettle of tentacles, because putting it together would involve, among other things, reading posts by Vox Day.) • This is technical; but I found that the more modern citation template had been used on one of the Wired articles; for some reason it now isn't showing the author's name, source or date. I tried to tweek it, but didn't get anywhere. ??? --KTJ (talk) 19:54, 10 May 2016 (UTC)

The Futurians were banned, but Asimov said in his memoir that he waltzed right in and no one stopped him.--aethel (talk) 22:12, 10 May 2016 (UTC)

Removed this bit, should go on the Isaac Asimov page if accurate:

Isaac Asimov was investigated by the FBI for communist ties in 1960. The investigation was dropped for lack of evidence in 1967. Conor Skelding, "Inimical to the best interests of the United States." Isaac Asimov's FBI File. Muckrock, November 7, 2013. --aethel (talk) 22:19, 10 May 2016 (UTC)

This returned message of "File 401" and stated "Access Forbidden" and "Access Denied" when I attempted to visit on 8-28-20. Pcdfanwriter (talk) 16:52, 29 August 2020 (UTC)

The link appears to be dead and not archived, which I noted on the page. If anyone was looking for a useful project, archiving the remaining links before they are lost is a good thing. --MPH (talk) 00:59, 30 August 2020 (UTC)

Returns "Oops! 404 error. Try refreshing. Or click link below and go home." Clicking icon below message results in a fashion-mag style mock-up page of printer's Latin (used in placeholding for text.) Presumably original has been removed from site. Pcdfanwriter (talk) 05:50, 30 August 2020 (UTC)
