Canon Overview

The Story

The story follows a young girl Sofia who went from the daughter of a cobbler to a princess when her mother married the King of Enchancia. The young princess Sofia is given an amulet as a gift from her new father. Unbeknownst to the king, the amulet is magical granting blessings, curses, and helpful assistance through the summoning of Disney Princesses to aid the young girl through her adventures.

Fan Theories

Sofia is actually King Roland's biological daughter [5] - This fan theory suggests that Roland and Miranda had an affair and married soon after Sofia's father went missing at sea. For this to be true, Miranda and Roland would have either had to have had the affair right after the Queen's Death or while the Queen was pregnant with Amber and James.
