Rowan is a fan author who has been active since 1999 in multiple fandoms. She also writes under the pseuds Littlerhymes and Ro. She is probably best known for her Buffy the Vampire Slayer works, though she also writes in several other fandoms, including Harry Potter and popslash.
Buffyverse
Rowan was active in the Buffyverse from 1999 to the early 2000s. Most of her work is relatively short, and includes character vignettes, horror and science fiction. She is among the more original and inventive writers in the fandom.

- The Stranger's Portrait -- this Spike character piece is probably her best-known work. Espresso Addict writes: An unusual, haunting little vignette, as memorable as the portrait it commemorates.[2]
- The Twelfth Sister, The Twelfth Sister Revisited -- Faith horror. Bonibaru writes: The first one is awesome, the second one is simply chilling.[3]
- Wolfself -- dark portrait of Oz. Ames writes: Rowan looks beyond [Oz's] placid demeanor and finds something a little horrifying - even more so because, for all we know, it could be scarily accurate. It's brief, just a few paragraphs, but packed with images that you'll carry with you long after you've read it. You'll never look at the wolf-boy the same way again.[4]

Other Fandoms
Rowan's other fandoms include Harry Potter and popslash, including My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, The Neptunes, 50 Cent and Eminem. She wrote for Yuletide for several years under the pseud Ro. She also writes in a large range of fandoms under the pseud Littlerhymes.
