Peppina Ramen is a Pizza Tower fan character created by KetrinDarkDragon. She is a genderswapped counterpart to Peppino Spaghetti and a parody of Usagi Tsukino, the protagonist of Sailor Moon. Peppina is the protagonist of Peppina and the Magical Tower of Pizza, a fictional anime created in a series of fake screencap posts by KetrinDarkDragon which recontextualizes the plot and world of Pizza Tower as a magical girl anime from the 1990s, further parodying Sailor Moon and similar works.
KetrinDarkDragon uploaded the first posts for Peppina Ramen and Peppina and the Magical Tower of Pizza on April 1st, 2023 as an April Fool's Day joke. These posts were widely reblogged and retweeted and Peppina Ramen became a meme in the Pizza Tower fandom. Fandom members have created fanworks starring Peppina, such as fanart, game mods, and other types of fanworks.
