Peppino Spaghetti is the protagonist and playable character of the video game Pizza Tower. In canon, he is a pizza chef and the owner of a failing pizzeria. After Pizzaface, the owner of the titular tower and the game's antagonist, threatens to destroy Peppino's pizzeria in the game's intro, he sets out to destroy the tower to save his restaurant. Peppino's personality is defined by extreme anxiety and anger that he frequently and rapidly switches between depending on the situation.

With the meteoric rise of the Pizza Tower fandom in early 2023 after the release of the full game, Peppino became the subject of a large amount of fanworks. Fanworks featuring Peppino are often lighthearted and focus on crossovers and humor, but more serious fanworks are present in the fandom as well. While most crossover fanworks featuring Peppino are fanart and fanfic, he is also added to other video games via modding, such as Sonic Robo Blast 2 Kart and Super Mario 64.

Common headcanons focus on Peppino's gender identity, sexual identity, his relationships with other characters, and whether or not he is a war veteran and the trauma that stems from it. Due to the changing nature of word of god on details regarding Peppino, headcanons make take word of god or supplemental material into account, or ignore it entirely.

Fandom members often describe Peppino as a Tumblr sexyman due to the large amount of self-insert and reader-insert fanworks starring him.
