Melvin Frohike, generally just called by his last name, was a character who first appeared in The X-Files, and later was one of the three stars of The Lone Gunmen spinoff show.
Frohike was a hacker and conspiracy theorist.
He was canonically interested in Dana Scully, which was creepy at first, but later in the series, he showed signs of real care and devotion towards her.
The other two Lone Gunmen characters are John Fitzgerald Byers and Richard Langly.
