Hermione/Narcissa is the non-canon f/f pairing between Hermione Granger and Narcissa Malfoy in the Harry Potter fandom.
Fanon
Fanfiction for the pairing often reckons with Narcissa standing by while Hermione is tortured by Bellatrix Lestrange. It also portrays her relationship with Lucius as unsatisfactory, often dampened by his enthusiasm for Voldemort's cause.
Although neither Hermione nor Naricssa are canonically attracted to women, there is no consistent fanon regarding their attraction, although Narcissa is usually portrayed as bisexual, rather than lesbian.
Recent visuals, whether as fanart or aesthetic edits reflect the trend of portraying Hermione Granger (whose race is not specified in the books) as a black woman.

- Divorce: Narcissa divorces her husband, Lucius Malfoy
- Usually followed by Narcissa re-adopting her maiden name, Black.
- Post canon: Stories set after the end of the war, when Narcissa had changed sides.
- Dark fic: Sometimes featuring both Hermione and Narcissa as dark witches, other times portraying Narcissa as an aggressor towards Hermione.
- The darker fanworks often exist in a Voldemort Wins AU and/or feature dubious consent or rape
- Redemption Arc for Narcissa. Fanworks vary on the extent that she needs to seek redemption, but usually she must at least move beyond her blood-purist prejudices in order to date Hermione.
- Threesome or Polyship: Usually Blackcest with Bellatrix Lestrange or even Bellatrix and Andromeda
- Hurt Narcissa: Narcissa usually has something tragic in her past beyond what is implied in canon; although it is usually related to her family or time in proximity to the Death Eaters. Narcissa being tortured by Voldemort is fairly common.
