Gankutsuou Comic Anthology is a Gankutsuou doujinshi that features work by many artists.

The front cover is by Yamane Ayano (やまねあやの), who also illustrated a post card that comes inside the book. Other color illustrations are by Ayumi Kasai (笠井あゆみ), Mamiya Oki (沖麻実也), and You Higuri (氷栗優). The bulk of the anthology is manga by various doujinkas, including Saika Kunieda (国枝彩香), Mao Hydran (真魚ひどらん), Norikazu Akira (亜樹良のりかず), Tatsumi Miyahara (宮原たつみ), Atsuko Katagiri (かたぎりあつこ), CJ Michalski, Natsuho Shino (志野夏穂), Mikuni (美国), Rinka Hazuki (葉月林火), Kazumi (和御), MOKO, and Haruka Minami (みなみ遥).[1][2]

The anthology is primarily gen and contains some yaoi. Contents include a chapter by Saika Kunieda called "Stories" (階) that is Count-centric.[3]

Other material includes character bios, interviews with the anime voice actors, and an introduction by the anime's director, Mahiro Maeda.[1][4]

"This title [is] a wonderful read and was a great addition to my collection. Gags, drama and beautiful artwork and storytelling by many popular mangaka/doujinka bound into a single volume. Not really something you'd want to miss out on, if you're a Gankutsuou fan and, not to mention, a devoted fan to many of the talented people that brought this book to life." -- anonymous[1]
