Game of Thrones AUs are crossovers or fusions where characters from other fandoms are placed into the setting of Game of Thrones or its book counterpart, A Song of Ice and Fire. This can involve something as simple as determining the great or minor house, ex. Stark, Lannister, Tyrell, etc, to which a character would belong, to longer pieces incorporating all the elements of the greater fantasy world.
