Lord Enver Gortash is an NPC enemy or possible ally from the game Baldur’s Gate III. He is not canonically romanceable by the player character. He is the Chosen for the God of Tyranny, Bane and the Archduke Nominee of Baldur's Gate.

Gortash is commonly paired with The Dark Urge (The Dark Urge/Enver Gortash) due to their in-game relationship. Gortash reacts very differently to meeting The Dark Urge in comparison to meeting Tav, showing clear signs of happiness and pleasure. To two already had a pre-game relationship that can be discovered and deepened in the game.
Gortash is, to a lesser extent, paired with Tav and Astarion.
Some fans love Gortash for being exquisitely, irredeemably evil, as seen on FFA:

He's a horrific human being who deserves the end he gets, absolutely disgusting person, I love him and will continue to devour art of him as a cute lil cartoon cuddling his pet cartoon Slayer and dancing with cute cartoon Orin. Plus there's so much horrific fic!
(I also am a huge sucker for "if things had happened six inches to the left this person might have been completely different", for-want-of-a-nail type situations, which he has in spades.)[1]
Others like that he is a bad boy who also makes an exception for the player character:

You want your bad boy who will command you to kneel when you want, but also genuinely respects you? Gortash is right there.[2]
