Enoshima & Ikusaba, mostly known as the Despair Sisters, is a common gen (combi in Japanese) relationship within Dangan Ronpa fandom. The ship is between Junko Enoshima and Mukuro Ikusaba, both prominent characters. It has been shipped since Dangan Ronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc was released in 2010 and has been consistently been featured in fanworks since.
Despite Enoshima & Ikusaba being common, works featuring just these two are relatively rare.

In Japanese, this relationship is called 絶望シスターズ (Zetsubō Shisutāzu), meaning Despair Sisters. This is not to be confused with 絶望姉妹, which translates to Zetsubō Shimai, meaning Despair Sisters as well, but is used for Despaircest.

The most kudos'd fanwork on Archive of Our Own featuring only this pairing as its featured ship is Sound by BeeAnka[1] as of December 2023. Sound is the last part of the Sing Me A Song Of Despair series by BeeAnka which tells a longer Ikusaba x Maizono story. Aside from this, the most kudos'd standalone work for the Despair Sisters is Idle Hands by KeyholeCat[2].
