Junko Enoshima/Mukuro Ikusaba, mostly known as Despaircest, is a common pairing within Dangan Ronpa fandom. The ship is between Junko Enoshima and Mukuro Ikusaba, both prominent characters. It has been shipped since Dangan Ronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc was released in 2010.
Like with most ships involving Enoshima, its ship name in Japanese-speaking DR fandom is obfuscated. This is to not spoil people regarding Trigger Happy Havoc's big twist ending.
