Aussietrek was an Australian Star Trek fan group in Sydney, Australia. It published a newsletter, The Captain's Briefs.
Founder Karen Lewis and her committees sponsored and promoted the AussieTrek conventions, did fundraising for charities, and had an association with the monthly Bob Johnson's Star Trek Marathons at ANZAC House. Valerie Parv published her Volume 2 of The Aussie Star Trek Fanbook and materials for a "Star Trek Writers Workshop" fundraiser under the AussieTrek banner.
Its members also started Decoy, an Adelaide-based fan club for DeForest Kelley.
