The first WinchestMidwest convention took place from June 22nd - 23rd, 2007 in Chicago, Illinois with about 50 fans attending.An archived copy of the 2007 convetion website can be found here Convention reports from attendees can be found here. 2007 Programming

Friday June 22

  • 7:00pm – 9:00pm Pre-Registration and Mingling // Postcard writing station will be set up // Supernatural episodes will be available for viewing

Saturday June 23

  • 8:00am – 10:00am Breakfast Buffet/Registration
  • 10:00am – 11:00am PANEL: The Season 2 Finale – Where Do We Go From Here?
  • 11:00am - 12 Noon WRITERS DISCUSSION: Writing for Supernatural: Classic Cars, Character Development & Creepy Crawlies (Table #1) // WRITERS CHALLANGE: Timed drabble writing from specific prompts (Table #2)
  • 12:00pm – 1:00pm OPEN (Lunch)
  • 1:00pm – 2:00pm WRITERS DISCUSSION: Beta Can You Hear Me? Building a Better Story Through Criticism. (Table #1) // WRITERS CHALLANGE: Review of an author drabble. Can either be from previous panel or another original work. (Table #2)

2010 WinchestMidwest Con

The fourth annual WinchestMidwest Con was held on March 12th - 14th 2010. 25 people attended. A few convention reports can be found here, here and here. [3]In addition to panels, attendees celebrated the 100th episode and participated in an hour-long chat with staff from Supernatural's art department via Skype.
