Tierno is a Pokémon Trainer from Pokémon X and Y. He's one of four rivals to the player character in XY, which may be Calem or Serena depending on gender, along with rivals Trevor, Shauna, and the playable character not picked by the player. Tierno is well-liked with fans, though not too many fanworks exist which primarily focus on him. He also makes appearances in Pokémon Masters and Pokéspe.

The Pokémon he is most associated with is his Corphish.
