I agree, it should be a reference, not a note.

@JKFAN: If you want to see the proper use of a note section vs a reference section, please see here or here. Notes are for extra information that the reader might need or want that would interrupt the flow of the article and definitely aren't needed on any page with only a handful of other references. - Hoopla (talk) 04:02, 12 March 2019 (UTC)
