I'm not sure. If the award was organized by the Nummy Treat mailing list I think it's not bad that they are a subpage. The other should redirect definitely here though.--RatCreature 13:11, 20 February 2010 (UTC)

I vote for moving this page. The subpage is an award, but the top-level page is a different type of thing--a mailing list. There's nothing explicitly stated to prohibit this arrangement, but it doesn't match the stated purpose of subpages, which is to "expand on" the content of the top-level page. Well, I thought it was a subpage because the award was an activity of the mailing list, but I'm not very invested in this. Since the policy has pretty much moved away from subpages completely, the award might as well become top level too.--RatCreature 19:59, 6 July 2010 (UTC)
