Talk:Cronus (Greek Mythology)
Rename Page?
Hi, I wonder if we should rename this page and create a disambiguation page for the term 'Kronos'? I was directed here from Highlander after I clicked on the Highlander-character Kronos. Kronos is also an alternative spelling for the Klingon homeworld 'Qo'noS' from the 1991 movie Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. The titan from Greek mythology is usually spelled Cronus in English, although other spellings are possible (see wikipedia). SecurityBreach
Please let me know what you think!
- There is also an X-Files fanfic author by the name of Kronos. See The Annex: X-Files Novel Archive, Profiler!Mulder or Spooky Awards/Spooky Awards 1998 which all link here. --Doro (talk) 20:15, 21 November 2019 (UTC)
So a disambiguation page would make sense, I guess? I could do this tomorrow (I'm really too tired now). But what about the current page? There are three different fandoms listed in the info box. SecurityBreach (talk) 20:25, 21 November 2019 (UTC)
- I tried to make a disambiguation page for 'Kronos', but it seems I'd have to rename this one first. I suggest 'Cronus (Greek Mythology)'. But I wouldn't like to do that without at least one second opinion. Also, I know next to nothing about the two other fandom so I have no idea what role Kronos plays there. Can someone help me, pls? - That seems fine. There's multiple spellings of his name in Greek Mythology, but Cronus is the spelling used on Ao3, so I 100% agree with that. FYI there's also a character on Legends of Tomorrow who was called Chronus but his character tag is very rarely used since an identity reveal. I'll add a link to that character page when you've got the disambig page up. Thanks btw! --Auntags (talk) 20:52, 25 November 2019 (UTC)
Thank you very much for your support! I just got the disambiguation page Kronos up & hope I got it right. It's my first one :D SecurityBreach (talk) 08:22, 27 November 2019 (UTC)
