Name
I realize this page has basically just been made so I won't comment much on the contents yet (tho I may add an expand tag), but I was wondering if it should be re-named to something similar to the Minors in Fandom or Misogyny in Fandom pages? Like maybe have it re-named to Anarchy in Fandom or Anarchism in Fandom? Patchlamb (talk) 23:50, 9 November 2020 (UTC)
- Yeah, I kept going back and forth on whether to call it something like that or not. I'm hoping to do a wider page relating to general left wing politics in fandom (focused on metas, video essays, portrayals in fanworks etc) with a link to this page and maybe a Marxism in Fandom page and I'm likely to have more content for that, but any other pages of that ilk I do I'll definitely label 'X in Fandom'. - Then if there are no objections, I can make a page called Anarchy in Fandom, move the contents from here to there, and place a re-direct on this page to there, to help keep up the naming conventions other pages have :) Patchlamb (talk) 22:24, 16 November 2020 (UTC)
- Yeah, I'm good with that. Thank you! Is there any way you could name it 'Anarchism in Fandom' rather than 'Anarchy in Fandom', just so it matches up with the 'Marxism in Fandom' page? :) OfMonstersAndWerewolves (talk) 19:39, 17 November 2020 (UTC)
- As there appears to be agreement on moving the page, you can add an Attention Gardeners flag. Gardeners can move the page and maintain the edit history, so folks can clearly see which editor added which content to the page. It also automatically leaves behind a redirect to the new page. I understand you may want to discuss the page name a bit further, but thought this information might be of interest. --Auntags (talk) 21:03, 17 November 2020 (UTC)
- Ah, tbf that's what I thought Patchlamb was doing, but rereading it now I misunderstood. Added one now. OfMonstersAndWerewolves (talk) 16:22, 18 November 2020 (UTC)
