Star Trek America -- 1977 -- A Retrospective is a 28-page cartoon description, a humorous look, at Star Trek America. The art is by Leah Rosenthal. It is digest-sized, and was a special supplement to Warped Space #29/30.
On the back: "Well, as you've probably heard by now, about half the people at the con ended up sick during the next week, with some mysterious weakening ailment. Dubbed Trekkionaire's disease (or con-stipation) or as Lori Chapek-Carleton calls it, the convention crud. It was probably caused by those hot dogs, or the hotel ice, or that "banana cream pie from the kitchens of Landru" from the banquet. There were also many other memorable moments -- Scotty's baby wetting on a fan at the masquerade, a trophy that stabbed George Takei, the forlorn folks who slept in the icy fanzine room every night, the fanzine theft, etc., etc., etc. By now I am fully recovered and ... you guessed it ... I've sent in my ticket money for next year already. See you all."
