Project Serpent Sortia was a Lucius/Severus fanpage. It was hostd at GeoCities. The site had fanart galleries, author bios, slash stories, links, rants, and an associated Livejournal.
It was a member of the All Harry Potter Slash webring where it was listed with the description:
A site containing HP slash, mostly Lucius/Severus and Sirius/Remus, as well as a host of fanart and other fun things.[1]
