Nan Lewis is a Star Trek fan artist who illustrated Star Trek fanzines in the 1970s. She then moved on to illustrate Starsky & Hutch fanzines. She won the 1981 TrekStar Award as Best Artist.

In 1982, she was nominated for a FanQ award and submitted the following bio to The Annual Fan Q Awards Nominations Booklet:

"...She's been in fandom since 1975 and has been illustrating for zines since 1977. She works almost exclusively for Trek fandom, but has done a small amount of work for SW, S&H and general sf. Partial list of 'zine credits includes WARPED SPACE, MENAGERIE, GALACTIC DISCOURSE, THE OTHER SIDE OF PARADISE, COMPANION, CONTACT, SUN & SHADOW, RIGEL, NOME, THRUST, SENSUOUS VULCAN. She's recently added two kittens, Bridget and Bernie,to her life, and won the 1980 Trekstar Best Artist Award." (ed: note: She won the 1981 Trekstar Award for her art published in 1980.)

Nan Lewis backed off from fandom a bit in 1988 or before. Her reasons were given in the column "Where Are They Now: Nan Lewis" in On the Double #9, see that page.
