Kinko Inuyama is a one-shot character who appears in “The Cutie Who Moved In Next Door” in Osomatsu-kun and “The Cutie Next Door” in Osomatsu-san.

About

In Osomatsu-kun

In the manga and 1966 anime, Kinko is the daughter of a wealthy family and has a father and a dog which share the same face. Upon finding out Osomatsu is a sextuplet, she is frightened.

In the 1988 anime, she has a counterpart named ‘Kumiko’ who is an idol and soaks up attention in the town.

In Osomatsu-san

Her design is radically different from her Osomatsu-kun depiction, with darker skin and coming from someplace else. Unlike in Osomatsu-kun, the skit she appears in does not involve a dog and her father sharing a face.

She is one of the few women in the show the sextuplets are nice to, as they show her around Tokyo. Totoko becomes jealous seeing her with the sextuplet brothers until Osomatsu calls her out. Totoko accepts Kinko’s friendship by the end of the skit.

Fanon

She is universally liked in Osomatsu-san. In the Japanese fandom, she is shipped with Ichimatsu. (Her surname being “Dog Mountain”, and Ichimatsu having an affinity for cats.)
