jarrow first came into fandom through Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which ironically had replaced the first show he was obsessed with, Savannah. From there, he dove headfirst into the femslash, especially Buffy/Faith and the canonical Willow/Tara. He started and ran the "fuffy" lj community, but was never part of Internet fandom as most people practiced it on boards and the like before diving into Tumblr in 2011.
He is a self-proclaimed convention junkie and wrote/hosted fannish game shows at multiple cons run by the now-defunct Booster Events and Moonlight Rising. He is also the three-time undefeated Buffy Jeopardy champion at DragonCon.
His next big fandoms were Harry Potter, Firefly, and Battlestar Galactica, and he has written some fanfic in each of those fandoms, as well as Sports Night. Pimped into vidding in 2006, he attended his first Vividcon in 2007. His early vids were Battlestar Galactica femslash, and he is still primarily known as a BSG vidder.
Currently, jarrow is known for his participation in the Glee fandom, specifically as the creator of FaberryCon, a convention for Quinn/Rachel shippers, and the 18-minute vid The Coming Out of Quinn Fabray. He was on the con comm along with jedusaur, exmanhater, and Rhea314 for Pacificon.
