Jack Sparrow/Elizabeth Swann/Will Turner is the poly pairing of Jack Sparrow, Elizabeth Swann and Will Turner in Pirates of the Caribbean fandom.

It is the inverse of the Willabeth vs Sparrabeth ship war. It is also the OT3 synthesis of the ships: Jack Sparrow/Elizabeth Swann‎‎, Will Turner/Elizabeth Swann and Jack Sparrow/Will Turner.

...the movie's romanticized view of piracy presents it as freedom from society's constraints and the opportunity to follow your heart wherever it leads (even into misalliances and scandalously improper entanglements)... The three characters complement one another well. Will and Elizabeth are both capable of providing a steadying influence to Jack's chaos; Jack provides an element of danger and excitement that Elizabeth seems to crave... and Jack and Elizabeth appeal to Will's wilder nature. Jack is so attached to the Black Pearl, it's hard to imagine him fully committing to a human lover; Will and Elizabeth don't need him to be their end-all and be-all, since they have one another as well. Similarly, Jack is unlikely to be jealous of their attachment to one another.

Common Tropes in Fanworks

  • Canon Divergence AU: varies, may include Will and Elizabeth joining Jack on The Black Pearl after the first film, some variation where they live out their lives as pirates together, or them together on the Flying Dutchman
  • Post-At World's End: where they are reunited sometime after the end of the third film
  • Family: Will, Jack and Elizabeth in a some form of established relationship, sometimes with Jack helping to raise Will and Eliazbeth's child
  • Threesome: their three way relationship is purely sexual

There was a ship war between Jack Sparrow/Elizabeth Swann and Will Turner/Elizabeth Swann, see Willabeth vs Sparrabeth for more details, shipping the OT3 may have been one way to avoid the ship war.
