Iyami is Akatsuka Ward’s local conman. He often has Chibita help him on his many schemes.
His verbal tics consist of using “me” to refer to himself and others as “chimi” and adding “-zansu” to the end of his sentences most of the time.

Iyami and Chibita became popular after the release of the manga and the 1966 Osomatsu-kun anime. As a result, they gain more screen time in the 1988 anime.
Iyami’s trademark “Sheee——h!” has been referenced and parodied in countless media.
