There is no obvious grounding in canon for a Hermione/Draco/Harry threesome, whether as friends or lovers.
Relationship
A post-series relationship between Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy can be considered an 'enemies to lovers' type relationship. Where Harry and Draco were not friends, and only reluctant allies, in the books, post-Hogwarts stories can be built around this trope. There are a number of Harry/Hermione and Draco/Hermione stories, each building a back-story for the relationship.
