Trivia

Department of extreme trivia: I note with amusement that the announced outage for 3/14/10 mentions Eastern Standard Time...even though most of us in the US are setting our clocks ahead tonight and will be on Daylight Time come tomorrow! --djonn 03:09, 14 March 2010 (UTC)

yay, useful! :) --Lian 12:28, 5 October 2008 (UTC)

It looks like there is something wrong with the formatting of the latest update. --Doro 15:35, 17 October 2010 (UTC)

Is down for anyone else?

Is fanlore intermittently down for anyone else? --Sk 23:32, 11 December 2011 (UTC)

It was very briefly "down" for me about an hour ago, and I assumed it was because of testing that James was doing on the cacheing problem, though they may have had nothing to do with each other. Other than that, it's been fine. --Mrs. Potato Head 00:01, 12 December 2011 (UTC)
Ah, I didn't know there was testing going on, thanks for the info. It seems okay now, but for 20 minutes or so every so often trying to update a page or click through to a link would give an error message instead of the desired page. --Sk 00:12, 12 December 2011 (UTC)
The only reason I know about the test was the line in recent changes, and again, it may have had nothing to do with the problem you were having. It seems to be working fine now, though! --Mrs. Potato Head 00:20, 12 December 2011 (UTC)

error!Templates in the center page

Is anyone else seeing templates in the center of the page/on the top of the page to the left, no longer on the side? Is this a new update or something? Or is it my wacky computer? It's really freaky.--Harpie (talk) 16:39, 15 April 2015 (UTC)

Looks normal to me. --Doro (talk) 10:47, 16 April 2015 (UTC)

I edited this entry from "Add them!" to "If not, add them!" Feel more than free to revert if this isn't a good idea. --MPH (talk) 18:53, 13 February 2017 (UTC)

h4

I replaced the wiki markup for sections with html h4s because this is transcluded onto the main page, and in order to avoid its TOC showing up on mobile, we need to use HTML to mark sections as a stopgap. (Our extension for mobile front end ignores 'NOTOC') --PriscillaD (talk) 19:28, 4 June 2017 (UTC)

atom and RSS

I believe the syndicate link for atom should be [1], not [2]. Same for RSS, too. The current links alert you on every edit to any page on the site. --Potpotkettle (talk) 11:56, 18 May 2022 (UTC)

Adding the gardener tag because this is not editable by normal editors. --Potpotkettle (talk) 08:07, 4 January 2023 (UTC)
