Doubutsu Fourze [どうぶつフォーゼ], otherwise known as a variation of Animal Fōze Mascot, is a type of licensed merchandise produced by Ensky. They come in many shapes in sizes: from plushes, pins, acrylic stands, pouches and stationery.
Some fandoms which have Doubutsu Fourze are Blue Lock, Golden Kamuy, Mob Psycho 100 and Tokyo Revengers.
In Golden Kamuy fandom particularly, Doubutsu Fourze stuffed animals released for that series inspire many works of fanart and fancraft. They are often posed for pictures, given custom clothing, or are drawn. Ogata Doubutsu Fourze, based on the character Hyakunosuke Ogata, is the most popular of these plushes and has enough fanworks to warrant its own article.
Some Doujinshi have been inspired by Doubutsu Fourze.

Characters from media without Doubutsu Fourze may be reimagined as such by fans. Creszendo imagines Desha from Ranking of Kings being a Bald Eagle.
Mokutaro Kikuta with a handful of living Fourze plush by sousaku_043_03. In fanworks, Golden Kamuy Fourze in particular are often seen as mischievous creatures.
鶴見中尉殿がとにかくカワイイネコチャンで全部押し切る本, aka Cute Cat Tsurumi Doujinshi was produced by Ōhazu bun-mawashi circle (大外ブン回し). Its main character is Tokushiro Tsurumi. This circle has also produced other Doujinshi featuring Doubutsu Fourze.
