Robin/Starfire is the pairing of Robin/Dick Grayson and Starfire/Koriand'r in the Teen Titans fandom (the comics, live-action, and animated versions).
Canon
In the classic New Teen Titans comic series Robin (in comic continuity at that point Dick Grayson) was together with Starfire (Koriand'r), was even engaged and nearly married[1]. Since then, they are off-and-on again couple.
Cartoon
Robin/Starfire there were a lot of romantic hints[2] between the two in TT cartoon, and are often shown jealous when the other is paired up with a different person[3][4]. Robin/Starfire became canon in the last movie of the series Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo when they kissed.
DC Animated Film Universe
Nightwing and Starfire are together in the DC Animated Film Universe. Starfire and their relationship was first seen in "Batman vs. Robin" and later "Batman: Bad Blood". Nightwing and Starfire have scenes together in "Justice League vs. Teen Titans" and "Teen Titans: The Judas Contract".
Titans (TV 2018)
Dick and Kory Anders have a sexual relationship in the series. When they begin their relationship, Kory has no memory of her past as Koriand'r.

This ship is the most popular one in the comics and animated TV series. However, there are fans of the TV series who dislike this pairing, and were later outraged by their kiss. Majority of anti-Robstar shippers support Robin/Raven, and were upset when their ship didn't become canon.
It is the most popular pairing in the live-action Titans TV series, however the fandom for that series remains small.
