Ian/Darcy is the canon pairing of Ian Boothby and Darcy Lewis from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Canon
Ian is Darcy's intern; they worked together and kissed towards the end of Thor: The Dark World.
Fandom
Despite being the only canon ship involving Darcy Lewis, Ian/Darcy is one of the least common pairings shipped in Thor Movieverse or The Avengers Movieverse fandom, and is often only shown as a past relationship with the focus of stories on another relationship. There is no popular pairing name for the ship.
The most popular way of ending this ship seems to be to cast Ian as a Hydra agent assigned to seduce Darcy and steal Jane Foster's research.
