Dallon Weekes is a musician, associated with Bandom since he became touring band member (2009), then official bassist for Panic! at the Disco (2010). He left Panic to work on his own music group, I Don't Know How But They Found Me, in 2016.
See Wikipedia for detail.
Prior to joining Panic, Dallon led his own band, The Brobecks. As a result, The Brobecks music became popular in PATD fandom and bandom, but the rest of the group did appear frequently in RPF fanworks.
Dallon engaged in considerable stage gay with Brendon Urie. This launched and fueled the Dallon/Brendon ship, but also led to some discontent from fans of other ships - particularly Ryden fans, because Brendon's stage gay partner used to be Ryan Ross. Some fans felt that Dallon was being pushed on them. Tinhats who believed that Ryden was real believed Brendon was attempting to trick them by faking with Dallon what had been genuine with Ryan.
