Proposed Page Moves

Based on the guidelines in Help:Subpages, I don't think we should be using subpages for articles like these. I've like to propose moving all of the articles in this category so they are no longer subpages. I suggest we use the format, OTW [Committee Name] [Committee Type]. See some examples below

• Organization for Transformative Works/Accessibility, Design & Technology would become OTW Accessibility, Design & Technology Committee
• Organization for Transformative Works/Content Policy would become OTW Content Policy Subcommittee
