While the pairing of Bruce/Kara is fairly rare with the DC Comics fandom and related adataptions of the characters, it has appeared in various universes such as comicsverse, Smallville/Nolanverse crossovers, and DCAU. The pairing seems to have yet appeared within the DCEU and Supergirl/Arrowverse fandoms[1].
