AvengeWho is a crossover between the two fandoms Doctor Who and The Avengers, which has large following on Tumblr although it's usually combined with Sherlock (BBC) and/or Supernatural.
The most popular form of fanwork are gif-sets made to look like scenes where characters from the different shows are interacting, but it has also inspired fanfic, fanart, and vids that are styles to look like a trailer.
Some of the common pairings are Jack Harkness/Tony Stark (called Starkness), Jack Harkness/Steve Rogers, and Loki/Doctor. One of the common threesomes is Jack Harkness/Steve Rogers/Tony Stark (called Captain Jack Starkness). Even the T.A.R.D.I.S. is paired up with J.A.R.V.I.S..[1]
