Allison Argent/Isaac Lahey/Scott McCall or Scallisaac is the relationship between Scott McCall, Allison Argent, and Isaac Lahey from the show Teen Wolf.
Canon
Seasons 1 and 2 of Teen Wolf revolve around Scott and Allison's Romeo and Juliet romance; instead of star-crossed lovers cursed by name, Scott is a werewolf while Allison comes from a family of werewolf hunters. Scott and Allison have an on-again off-again relationship before finally calling it quits in season 3. During that time, Isaac starts following Scott's direction and looking towards him as his alpha after leaving Derek Hale's pack, all the while, Isaac and Allison build a tenuous alliance and then friendship. During season 3, Allison and Isaac's friendship develops into a romance with Scott's blessing. Their relationship, however, is cut short when Allison dies, saving Isaac's life. Following Allison's death, Allison's father Chris Argent offers Isaac the opportunity to get away from Beacon Hills by joining him in France. Isaac leaves with Chris, and that's the last we see of Isaac.

When Isaac originally started falling in with Scott, many people saw romantic intention behind a lot of their interactions. It seemed as though Scott felt romantic attachment towards Isaac as well as loving Allison. This spurred on the shipping of the three. Allison and Isaac coming together sealed the deal for many as Allison, Isaac, and Scott being their OT3.
