Wednesday Addams is a prominent female character from The Addams Family.
In 2022, Netflix released a show titled Wednesday featuring Jenna Ortega as the title character. In the Wednesday continuity, Wednesday is a teenager attending Nevermore Academy.
Canon
Wednesday Addams is the daughter of Gomez and Morticia Addams. In some continuities, she's the older daughter, while in others, she's the younger child.
She is typically portrayed as a morbid and emotionally reserved child that is fascinated by the macabre, often identified by her pale skin and black braided pigtails. In the 1960s series, she's more cheerful and carries around a Marie Antoinette doll with the head removed. Her usual fanon characterization comes from Addams Family Values, where she's more malicious and deadpan.
