This fic is heartwrenching. It was written sometime in the 1st Season I’m assuming but it is so very well done and so so sad. Well, the ending isn’t, but the rest of it is. I enjoyed that, aside from one fairly ambiguous line, this fic is gen. Steve is in so much mental anguish during this fic and it’s so so good. I also love how Danny reacts to Steve’s insanity. It’s so in character, so caring and worried yet hyperbolic and tiny man filled with rage. It’s hilarious. This is my favourite fic from this list today and one of my favourite H50 fics so far.[2]
